  Tony Hopkins was amazing throughout the test drive and ordering process. All questions answered and a directory of information. Found the whole process pleasurable compared to other dealers.   I decided to visit the Toomey show room in Basildon and was impressed by the professionalism of the gentleman Mr Lukas Tamasauskas Although the offices were in temporary accommodation due to a refurbishment, Mr Tamasauskas made sure that my wife and I were comfortable and offered us tea and coffee I am disabled and use the Motability scheme and Mr Tamasauskas was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in He ensured I was able to access the relevant paperwork required which made things easier for me When I went to pick up the car, Mr Tamasauskas showed my wife and I to the car and explained the many changes to the Qashqai I had previously and I was again impressed by his knowledge and the way he ensured that we both understood the many additions I would suggest that Mr Tamasauskas is a real asset to Toomey Motor Group in Basildon and have pleasure in giving him 5 stars

  We have been looking around for a new car for a while and ended up in Toomy Nissan Southend on a Sunday afternoon. After a bit of browsing we were approached by a very welcoming team member (Jessica). The showroom was extremely busy but Jessica and the team were doing an excellent job of managing the footfall in a controlled and professional manner so everyone felt they were being attended to. The upshot of this visit was we ended up booking a test drive and negotiating a deal with Jessica and her manager John who was also extremely professional and friendly. This 5 star rating is well deserved for numerous reasons but the main one has to be the teams approach to customer service from the top down. Nothing was too much trouble and it was clear that the customer first approach was their priority and real. Would I be comfortable recommending this showroom to others, definitely. Thanks Jessica, John and team and well done.

  My wife and I were looking to upgrade our car so looked at various cars, but were generally disappointed with the sales teams not listening to our requirements and trying to sell us what they wanted rather than what we wanted. Jessica was extremely attentive and took in what we both had to say equally. We expressed a liking for both the Juke and the Qashquai but couldn't decide on the day. Jessica didn't try to pressurise us into anything even having spent quite a lot of time showing us both models and variants of each. She gave us her card and took some details and we left. We looked at several other cars after that but decided on a Qashquai and so came back to Toomeys Nissan. On arrival we were met by Jack who was equally as courteous and attentive as Jessica and impressed me, when after we mentioned that we had previously been dealing with Jessica, immediately went and got her to take over the actual sale. Very selfless and noted. From that point the selection of the car and sales negotiation was the most positive car buying experience I can remember, with both of us delighted with our new car. Highly recommended.

  I test drove over half a dozen new electric SUVs before I decided on the Nissan ARIYA. The sales executive I dealt with at Toomey’s in Laindon was Lukas, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and refrained from giving me the usual hard sell you get at car dealerships. I told him in February when I first started looking that I wouldn’t decide until the beginning of April and he accepted that and didn’t keep on bothering me until the end of March. I would go back there in future

  Mak was very professional. He knew I wasn't local so made every effort that the whole process finished in a timely manner and that I am back on the road as soon as possible. The only issue I had was the fact that the approved used car I bought wasn't serviced. As soon as I got home I got a msg on the dash saying service due. Buying from Toomey Group Nissan I expected that an approved used car would be fully serviced before sale. Hence my review of 4 stars instead of 5.
