  Had annual service and MOT booked. Faults discovered with my front brakes. Engineers video was too quick for me to take in and I was uncomfortable just pressing boxes on my phone. Jamie printed out the interim report and went through it with me so that I could choose the next steps and know how much it was going to cost.

  Just wanted to thank Lewis for helping me find my next car and taking me through the process step by step and not being pressured just taking me through and giving me all the options, as women buying a car you are so often treated like you don’t know what you’re talking about and I have walked out of show room feeling humiliating, but Lewis was a perfect gentleman. Lukas was very professional when finding the car that I won’t and gave me a very fair valuation on my car I was as pleased that I never had any intention on my car but I was so pleased that I signed on the dotted lines and looked forward to when my new car delivered, thank you Lewis & Lukas for looking after me and I will be telling everyone what wonderful service I received.

  We would like to say how helpful Kieran was from our first phone call to when we got to the show room, how honest both himself and Neil was in giving us all the relevant information about the car we wanted to order with them through the motability scheme, as well as price’s and even looking at what stock was available, so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer they found an Iqonic 5 premium for us, Kieran was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and gave us time which we appreciate and made sure he put our order through without making us come back another day, Thank you.

  I bought an i30N from Lewis a week ago and it was a refreshingly simple and easy process. After I had a rather horrendous experience the previous month at a completely different group & brand dealership, I was somewhat cautious, possibly even dubious. The car was prepped and cleaned exactly on time, and extremely quickly - especially given a bank holiday weekend. I didn't want to use finance and Lewis was happy to accept payment on the day of collection, and there was no annoying high-pressure tactics to try and add thousands to the cost. Only slight hiccup was I thought mats were included and they weren't. This was sorted straight away by Lewis then and there. To say a light and day difference compared to the other dealership would be an understatement. In fact, this is easily the easiest experience I've ever had - including Tesla's online-only hands off process. Couldn't be happier with the experience!

  Speedy service , knowledgeable and friendly staff. Both Charlie and Jamie kept me up to date. I called today and was offered a slot today which was an unexpected bonus. Jamie was professional and courteous throughout.The layout of the showroom is a step up from my previous services (when I did not own a Hyundai). The premisis is spacious and well lit. For the first time I felt able to wait as I felt comfortable whilst waiting in the customer's lounge area which is out the way from the main entrance. Staff (Jamie/Charlie) will check you're ok so you're not forgotten whilst waiting. This is a nice touch. Logging on to the wifi and grabbing a coffee was easy. I'm very happy with service. Having owned premium marks in the past, I can say without a doubt the service is definitely better at Hyundai.
