This dealership is TOP of the game! I'm an ex service technician for Audi and I've seen my way through many of dealerships in my years and I can honestly say everything about nissan Toomey Basildon is spot on and I've never seen a workshop (service garage) so clean and organised! In regards to the motability/sales team,they are flawless! They know their stuff. Had a test drive with Paul who was honest and friendly. Returned to dealer to place order and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted further by tony who finalised order for me. I can honestly say tony needs a serious promotion! Guys fantastic. Brilliant efficient service and I would highly recommend. Thankyou soo much Tony, spot on mate!

Staff were friendly as you would expect though had to wait a while to grab the attention of someone so we could look at a vehicle outside. Not pushy sales staff thankfully as that would have made me walk away

Tony Hopkins was amazing throughout the test drive and ordering process. All questions answered and a directory of information.
Found the whole process pleasurable compared to other dealers.
Tony even recorded a video of all the functions in the car so it can be used as a reference point if stuck.

I decided to visit the Toomey show room in Basildon and was impressed by the professionalism of the gentleman Mr Lukas Tamasauskas
Although the offices were in temporary accommodation due to a refurbishment, Mr Tamasauskas made sure that my wife and I were comfortable and offered us tea and coffee
I am disabled and use the Motability scheme and Mr Tamasauskas was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in
He ensured I was able to access the relevant paperwork required which made things easier for me
When I went to pick up the car, Mr Tamasauskas showed my wife and I to the car and explained the many changes to the Qashqai I had previously and I was again impressed by his knowledge and the way he ensured that we both understood the many additions
I would suggest that Mr Tamasauskas is a real asset to Toomey Motor Group in Basildon and have pleasure in giving him 5 stars
